Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Love Zoe Clothing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or entity (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses, uses, or purchases from our website, social media shops, or any other sales platform operated by Love Zoe Clothing (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

• Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• Customers under 18 may only place an order with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be bound by these Terms.

Orders and Payments

• All orders must be paid in full within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement. Orders without confirmed payment within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
• Payments are accepted only through the official Love Zoe Clothing bank account provided at checkout. Payments sent through unauthorised channels will not be recognised.
• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are final at the time of purchase. Prices may change without prior notice.
• By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.

Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are verified and processed within twenty-four (24) hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• If payment is confirmed on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch will occur on the next available business day when couriers are open.
• Love Zoe Clothing provides free nationwide shipping within the Philippines.
• A tracking number will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
• Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Customer once the package is handed over to the courier. Love Zoe Clothing shall not be held liable for delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages marked “delivered” by the courier.

Rental Services (Albay Province only)

• Rentals are available exclusively to customers within Albay Province, Philippines.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying courier fees for the delivery and return of rental items. Love Zoe Clothing assumes no liability for such courier fees or issues.
• Customers are responsible for the timely return of all rental items. Late returns shall incur additional fees or penalties at the sole discretion of Love Zoe Clothing.
• All rental transactions are final and non-reversible.

Return and Refund Policy

• Love Zoe Clothing enforces a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy.
• All products undergo intense verification and quality checks before dispatch. Once shipped, orders are considered final and binding.
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with fit, colour, style, personal preference, or perceived value.
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be permitted if required by applicable Philippine law, such as in cases of proven defects, misrepresentation, or non-conformity of goods.
• Customers must notify Love Zoe Clothing immediately with photographic evidence if a product is received damaged due to courier mishandling. Assistance may be provided, subject to Love Zoe Clothing’s sole discretion, but no guarantee of refund or replacement is given.

Product Information and Representation

• Love Zoe Clothing makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and details are accurate. However, variations in colour, texture, or size may occur due to lighting, screen displays, or manufacturing processes.
• Such variations shall not constitute grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, product photos, content, and materials displayed on the Love Zoe Clothing website and platforms are the exclusive property of Love Zoe Clothing.
• No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Love Zoe Clothing.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Zoe Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, missed events, or inconvenience caused by the use of our products or services.
• Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Amendments

• Love Zoe Clothing reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice.
• Continued use of our Services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Legazpi City, Albay.
