Order Processing & Payment

• Orders must be fully paid within 24 hours of placement. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
• Payments shall only be made to the official Love Zoe Clothing bank account provided at checkout. We do not accept payments through unauthorised channels.

• Orders are verified and processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If payment is made on a weekend or public holiday when couriers are closed, the order will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Shipping

• Love Zoe Clothing provides free shipping nationwide within the Philippines.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Love Zoe Clothing is not liable for courier delays, lost or stolen packages, or any package marked “delivered” by the courier. Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.

Damaged Packages

• Customers must report damaged deliveries immediately, with clear photos as proof.
• Love Zoe Clothing may provide assistance in resolving courier claims, but shall not be held directly liable for damage caused during transit.

Rental Services (Albay only)

• Rentals are strictly limited to customers within Albay Province.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier services for both delivery and return of rental items. Love Zoe Clothing assumes no liability for courier costs or related issues.
• Customers are responsible for the timely return of all rented items. Late returns will result in additional charges or penalties as determined by Love Zoe Clothing.
