Love Zoe Clothing maintains a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. By placing an order with us, you as customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms:

Finality of Orders

  • All orders are thoroughly reviewed and verified by the Love Zoe team before dispatch.
  • Once processed and shipped, orders are deemed final and non-reversible. Claims of error or mistake on our side will not be entertained.

No Refunds / No Exchanges

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
  • Dissatisfaction with fit, style, colour, or personal preference does not constitute grounds for return or refund.

Quality Assurance

  • All items undergo intense verification and quality checks before shipment.
  • Prices are set according to the quality and value determined by Love Zoe Clothing. A customer’s opinion of value shall not entitle them to a refund or exchange.

Damaged Goods

  • In the rare event that a product arrives damaged during transit, the customer must notify Love Zoe Clothing immediately with photographic evidence.
  • Assistance may be extended at Love Zoe Clothing’s sole discretion, but no guarantee of replacement or refund is provided.
